Solo tu nombre (o apodo) y teléfono. Te contactaremos de forma segura.Nadie se queda atrás. Nadie es invisible.

📦 ¿Qué viene en la caja?

🍅 ¿Qué incluye la caja de comida?

Cada caja contiene alimentos básicos para alimentar a una familia (2–3 personas) por una semana.Los productos son duraderos, nutritivos y pensados para nuestras costumbres.

  • Arroz (5 lb)

  • Frijoles negros o pintos (2 lb)

  • Tortillas (1 paquete)

  • Huevos (1 docena)

  • Latas de tomate y verduras

  • Cebolla + ajo

  • Aceite vegetal (botella pequeña)

  • Fruta fresca (si está disponible)

  • Café o té

  • Sal y condimentos básicos

  • (A veces) papel higiénico, pasta dental o jabón

Si hay más de 6 personas en tu hogar, haremos lo posible por adaptar la entrega.

Each box includes staple foods to feed a family (2–3 people) for one week.The items are shelf-stable, nutritious, and selected with our cultural traditions in mind.

  • Rice (5 lb)

  • Black or pinto beans (2 lb)

  • Tortillas (1 package)

  • Eggs (1 dozen)

  • Canned tomatoes and vegetables

  • Onion + garlic

  • Vegetable oil (small bottle)

  • Fresh fruit (if available)

  • Coffee or tea

  • Salt and basic seasonings

  • (Sometimes) toilet paper, toothpaste, or soap

If your household has more than 6 people, we’ll do our best to adjust the delivery.

🚗 Volunteer Reimbursement

If you helped with deliveries this week, request your mileage reimbursement here.Please include:- Your full name
- Total miles driven
- (Optional) A photo of your gas receipt — not required, but helpful if you'd like us to feature it on our page 💬We currently reimburse at $0.21 per mile (approximately 30% of the federal rate).
